@#$%ing Military Paperwork!!
Some say that your world falls apart when your husband deploys. In my case, the paperwork fell apart when he left. I swear it feels like I need a power of attorney to walk down the street. I spent half of my afternoon in the IPAC office today. It all started when I tried to schedule my son for his 9m well baby check up. They tell me something is wrong with my DEERS in enrollment with him. So off I went to take care of it. Seems to find out, my son didn't even exist to DEERS. Well, how the @#$% was he getting treated for 9 months then? I am a bit............irritated if it's not noticable. I have to move out of my building. When, I dont know. Where, haven't a clue, but sometime soon. TMO will be involved which means, paperwork. Anyway, I got my son enrolled in DEERS. Which I think my husband went to IPAC and enrolled him twice already. Now I found out that he doesn't even have a social security number, and I have to get one within 90 days for him to still be in DEERS. The people who work in these offices have the personality of wet turds. Makes me want to choke somebody. Military life is good and all, but the paperwork you have to put up with, the being bounced around from office to office, place to place, and dealing with wet turds just makes me want to scream. It seems like they only come out when your spouse is gone. I know all the papers need to be done and serve a purpose, but is it policy to make it a pain in the ass? Not to mention I have a drooling, impatient, easily bored, little boy with me? By God, I just might have a beer or 3 and tell the world to eat shit tonight.....
