Joe swearing in for his second contract. Capt. Vaughn is the officer who is doing the honor. We were in the ready room above the hangar it Joe's squadron. It was incredibly hot in there. Joe's CO and XO were there to watch. Along with his SSGT. from the JRC. It was great that he wanted me to be there.
